i got a 2005 Chevy Optra 5 hatchback and it has a d-tech 16 valve 4 cylinder in it. the problem i have is when i get gas at the pump, ill go to start the car and it will sort of start and then shut off again like its stalling and after it starts and go home ill shut it off and the car will jump like its still trying to idle don’t know what’s wrong il see if i can get a video of what its doing soon

your hear any hissing? get a vaccum gauge and see if your getting pressure. if your getting none, your pump might be your suspect.
I think Troy meant a fuel pressure gauge. Please post the video when you can. This may help us get some direction on this.
Also can you have the car scanned for any codes. Not all codes trip the CEL. And the car might have hidden ‘pending’ codes that can also give us clues.

I had a 99 Passat that did this every time I filled up. Turns out it is a common problem and indicative that the charcoal canister which is part of the fuel vapor catching system was plugged up and needed a new insert. Put it in and it never happened again.
IDK about the dieseling when you get home.Sounds like a possible issue with the EVAP system. If you have a check engine light on, check to see if you have any EVAP codes. If you do, I’d look into those first. If you don’t have any codes then perhaps start with a good visual inspection of all the EVAP components. Also not a bad idea to check fuel psi as suggested.
i added the video attachment but if that dont work i got the youtube upload but its not a good video i was hoping for better quality but its what i can get for now i can put the camera down by the muffler and hopefully get a better video in a couple days
to tell you the truth im pretty sure i got a vacume leak because the guy before me jimmy rigged the intake tube he wrapped it up like it was ripped open. my hood latvch is acting up lol so when it secides to open il take a pic
