What is your RPM like when in idel?

I am thinking a load issue, like the cooling fan kicking in and slowing down the engine.

Is the engine transverse mounted or longitudal mounted?

It may be a electrical issue like battery or alternator.

But dont take my work for it as i am no mechanic of cars.

I would be looking for vacuum leaks first and have it scanned for any stored code(s).
