Squeek sound from rear tire

I have a squeeking sound coming from my rear tire, Its a high pitch sound and i was able to emulate it from – strangely enough – an elevator button in my building, it sounds exactly like this:

I can make this sound by pushing on the tire with the palm of my hands with a bit of force.

any input at all would be very much appreciated

edit: ignore the clicking sound, that is not part of my problem
