Squealing when reversing!

Hi , i drive a 2002 suzuki grand vitara drives great however when reversing in full lock i hear a horrible squeal coming from the rear of the car, any help would be appreciated as i have tried numerous forums with no avail!

You sure the squealing is coming from the rear? Power steering pumps will hiss or squeal at full lock; maybe that’s what you’re hearing.

maybe u can a make a youtube video of your car . If u got a phone to record the noise that be outstanding .

My suggestion is to put it up on jack stands and a helper put it in reverse and the other
try and find the noise. If it is the clutch sounds like its slipping in reverse.
