spring noise when turning

Hello people i have a 01 mercury sable with some spring noise while turning. I replaced both struts with the quick strut noise is still there any ideas on what can fix this issue?

Is it a ‘pop’ spring kind of noise that occurs when you only turn or does it happen when you go over a bump? Assuming that the strut mounts were also replaced, the only other two things that come to mind right away is either the strut bushing or sway bar bushing.

i had this problem on a Renault megane and i changed everything springs top mounts shocks the full shooting match and it still was their (mainly when you dry steer )but it turns out to be shocker top mounts due to after market copy parts it will never be cured unless you put original parts on but the owner decided to live with it in the end as it did not affect the m.o.t also this problem is recognized by the dealership and part manufacturers so try and find revised parts and it should work out for you another thing to mention the top mounts were made from plastic and when the wheel is turned (mcphearson strut) top mount would click in and out of its baring ring and that’s the noise
