Pls help. 2003 civic vti manual. when the car is running, rpm sometimes rev up to 1700 even if i dont pressed the accelerator and it is in neutral. This happens specually when going downward and when im turning the wheel. But when the car is not moving its normal. The problem started when i replaced the timing belt and tensioner 2 yrs ago. No check engine light, scan shows no prob. We have also reset the computer box. Car is running ok for 2 yrs except for that prob.
