I’m unsure at what level Joomla and Kunena are being manipulated at by onyx, but I think it would cut down on a lot of filler in the service questions area were there to be a solution consensus box.
By that, I mean where others that believe they know the issue, or have a decent hypothesis can just agree and perhaps sticky the already posted solution reply to the top of that thread, much like the “Karma”, but thread based. Most threads seem to consist of multiple responses all saying the same thing.. In addition it would likely show the best agreed upon first step for each person posting an issue, as well as show that the thread is now truly “answered” and can be skipped over. Perhaps even giving the original poster reset access to it in their thread (or archived solution), for follow-ups.
There are follow-ups, but the majority seem to be “x is shudder/stalling/overheating”, followed by 1 person posting a logical path, and then 3 others stating the same thing..
Just a weird thought I figured I’d throw out there..
