I just bought a 1955 Chevy truck. All original with stovebolt six/3 on the tree(saginaw 3 speed).

Unfortunately, I cannot enter all shows with a 1974 Chevy truck due to a 1972 model year cutoff for 50% of the shows around here.
With the 55′ all is possible!

People look at me like…”well you just restored a 74′ and you just bought a dodge ram…why the hell do you need another truck?”

Here’s the worst part… I’m already thinking about buying another truck from the Advanced Design era(40s). I suppose it’s just like what the people who collect tattoos on their body say: “It becomes an addiction, you just want more”.

I Just bought a Nissan Versa 2015, but personally I want a 1960-1970s Datsun truck. I could also go for a Honda Kei Truck. I just like being that guy in town that drives a unique vehicle. If I didnt need something more reliable for work I would of waited another 6 months and bought a DeLorean maybe.

DeLoreans are famous for more than just the movies, they have known electrical problems as well as poor quality control. However, they are a REALLY cool car and all the issues can be corrected. There is a company in Texas that makes brand new DMC parts and cars.

I tell myself “if I go over there I’m gonna get all wrapped up in it”
I suppose you could say I do have a fleet now.
