Was wondering if silicone paste the kind Eric recommends for brake slide pins can be used lightly on any type of rubber to condition and prolong them or would another product be recommended?

I’m also wondering if stuff like armoral/tire shine etc is silicone based? And if rubber cleaner products are also silicone based or something else

There is a grease CRC makes called Silaramic Brake System Grease. It comes in a tube, I use it on slide pins, and pad guides. I also recommend using copper anti-seize for your bolt threads, not aluminum anti-seize because it has distillates in it and is flammable. Good luck.
