Shell, F1, and the Fluids You Put Into Your Car

Going to the F1 race in Montreal was a blast. This is the second F1 race I’ve been to. I’ve found that whatever town the race is in, has a ton of exotic cars when the race is in town.

I’ve been watching F1 since the 60s, but have never been able to attend a race. Hope you had a great time. Montreal is a kick-ass city, in spite of the weird horizontal traffic lights.

Let me put it this way, if you’re going to do an F1 race, do it with Shell. Private catered area on turn one. It’s surreal.

Montreal is a kick-ass city. I wish I could have spent more time there.

I was working as a marshal at Turn 1 this year (we call it flagging and communications in the US), so I was one of those folks waving flags if front of you Eric. Going to sound strange, but I think we walked past each other a couple of times. I was going to stop and ask if that was you, but I convinced myself I was just seeing things. It was good to see you, now that I know it was you! 🙂

My one chance to meet a celebrity and I blew it! 🙂

Love the f1. Went to the British gp this year. I’ve been a few times now and it’s mind boggling how they can take corners flat out. Hope u enjoyed the day out
