Service manuel asks to replace bolts should we

Hello all,

Have a question that I’m on the fence about I have a Honda Civic Si 06 K20 engine 118 miles about 189Km.

Now when I’m going to change my engine mounts the service manual suggests also to replace the bolts, nuts, and brackets with it.

Should I follow there instructions or just use the same bolts and only replace broken parts?

What do you guys/gals think or even suggest?
