One of the serpentine belts on my 2002 Mazda Millenia snapped the other day. So I went in to replace it. But when I went to loosen the tensioner pulley the horizontal bolt wouldn’t turn and the verticle bolt ended up snapping. Now I don’t know how to proceed with the repair. Where to get the parts and how much of this tensioner actually needs to be replaced. HELP PLEASE.
Should I look into special tools?
Where should I look for the tensioner components?

Your problem is a common thing to happen. When it happens to me I just replace the tensioner rather than try removing the broken bolt and then try to find a replacement bolt.

You should be able to find a replacement tensioner at any automotive parts supplier. If you can’t find one there then the Mazda dealer will have or be able to get one for you.
