just saw your video on this exact thing but is it really that accessible? looks tight to me. friends are say I need some special rachet do the Job?

Go to Youtube and run a search on Chrysler Neon Serpentine Belt or just search Chrysler Neon and you should find some videos on changing the belt. There are bound to be a few videos there. The difficulty depends entirely on the car brand/ model and the engine. Some belts are very easy to remove/replace and some are a bitch because of tight spaces to work around..

Oh this one is tight for sure, I keep you posted. thanks for the speedy response. My mian question was do need that spical rachest and you answered that in your video.No you can do it with a 3/8 rachet. starting it now .thx

ok found a bad pulley on the tensioner it was throwing the belt off. how do you change just the pulley? Or can you?
