Will Seafoam help clean the EGR valve. Which induction tube should I use.

The point to it is to pull some of the NOX gases from the exhaust, so no, not really. Exhaust Gas Recirculation, EGR.

You can try to clean it out manually by removing it, that’s you’re only really viable option other than replacing it.

when inducing it into the intake.the sea foam
won’t go into the egr passages.

Seafoam will not clean EGR passages. They really aren’t that bad to clean. In fact I believe your set up is even easier than this on. I think all you need to do is remove the upper plate from the intake manifold.
