I’ve looked for a circuit to jump using the add a circuit product for my head unit. My car (2009 Chevy impala) does not have both 12v wires needed for normal installation. So I need to find one that I can jump that only turns on when the car is on.

I’ve found a couple. First I for the “rap” fuse inside the car but there’s not enough room for the add a circuit set up. Under the hood I found “pwr drop/crnk” and the airbag/display fuse. I’m thinking it probably should jump the airbag lol

Is the pwr drop/crank fuse safe to use for this??

I realize this is very old now, but dont tap a fuse. Its much safer to use your ignition’s accessory wire.
