Two choices that I know of: bleed it at the banjo bolt or buy a new caliper.

I’ve see that people on YouTube grind one side of the valve and grab it and then it comes off but all 4 of my valves are rusted and I just did a brake job all the way around and I was hoping that I did not have to all 4 them again that’s all

Have you tried applying some penetrating oil and leaving it sit for 3 hours, then hit it again with penetrating oil and try it again?

PB Blaster is great stuff, I’m not such a fan of liquid wrench but PB Blaster will make life alot easier as its awesome. The longer you leave it to penetrate the better, multiple application if its sketchy, I wish I started using penetrating oil sooner. I used to break alot of rusty stuff and had to buy whole new parts, it costs alot more really not buying it I find.

The advise above is the best, try bleeding it at the banjo. If its not an option or its mounted low soak the bleeder. If it snaps just go buy a new caliper. Dot waste your time trying to remove it.

I mix acetone and ATF for penetrating fluid these days. I’m pretty sure it was someone here who recommend it. Works really well.

ATF 50% with Acetone 50% apparently is twice good as any penetrating oil according to tests. Never tried it myself but heard very good things. JS is on the money. Try penetrating oil or ATF & Acetone Mix and if you succeed you maybe should put new bleeders in. If you fail, means new brake calipers 🙁

If you have access to both an air compressor and an air hammer you can look into a BLEEDER BUSTER.

But in my experience with a vehicle that old the bleeder will probably still just break. Replacing the calipers (or wheel cylinder where applicable) might not be a bad idea either. Had a Raybestos guy come in and give us a class and for every kilometer you drive you apply the breaks on average 5 times. So after 100,000kms a brake caliper had made 500,000 movements. just some food for thought.

                      1.6 kilometers equals 1 mile.
