I will check the crankshaft for any play but I doubt it since the engine has about 80K miles.(thats what the

Okay, in my case the VX in 1992 was the only Civic with an EGR system(from this gen) and it had a constant Vacuum Control box(also VX exclussive) which IIRC housed the EGR solenoid and the vacuum control solenoid itself. I notice this problem when braking
