Rough Idle Hyundai Elantra

I have a 2005 Hyundai Elantra 4-Cyl. When I stop the car while it is running, say a red light, the car runs very rough, I mean rough. I put new spark plug wires in, spark plugs, pcv vale, air filer, TPS, various hoses, breather etc. I really take care of this car a lot. I mean every three months I even crawl under the car and if I see anything that looks like rust or starting to rust, I wire wheel it, put on Eastwood rust encapsulator, primer, paint, paint. I detail the hell out it.

So any other suggestions as to why I still get this rough idle lol?

does it run rough only in drive and reverse. does it smooth out when you put it in park or neutral. If it does I would check the motor mounts. How many miles on the car.

Sorry took so long to respond, health issues, better now. It only happens in drive when car is stopped, like at a red light. Changed, plugs, wires, TPC, all filters, cleaned throttle body, mechanic says motor mounts are fine, replaced all hoses, air, coolant…I am perplexed lol?
