Review – Aluminum Low Profile Car Service Ramps

I recently purchased a set of Aluminum service ramps from discountramps.com to replace an existing pair of $40 plastic ramps. They are low profile with a combined 3,000 lbs. capacity.

They are from the scratch and dent store and discounted from $249.99 to $219.99 with an extra $10 off with code NEWFRIENDS.

They weigh approximately 18 lbs. each and are easily stored hanging using bicycle hooks off rafters or wall studs in any garage.

All the welds look nice and my ’13 Camaro with stock LS fascia rolls up nicely with about 2 inches of clearance at the base of the ramp.

With these ramps (I’ve never use any) if it’s rated 3000lb can it support something like a QX56 (6000lbs) since it’s only supporting one axel.
