      Hi guys,

Going to replace both lower control arms as the bushes are almost shot. The new ones come with a new ball joint nut, but no replacement bolts.

The OEM replacement guide for the suspension says that the ball joint nut must be replaced (supplied with the arm), but does not mention replacing the bolts.
An aftermarket replacement guide for the suspension says that all of the fasteners should be replaced.

Is it recommended to replace all of the other fasteners as a matter of course, or just ensure that they are sufficiently torqued to spec (and thread locker applied) if they are undamaged?

As long as the fastener is in good condition simply reuse it.

If you have the ability to, look into getting a thread chaser kit and cleaning the threads up before installation.
