Replace radiator?

      Failure of the plastic to metal joint or O ring is common enough for these style radiators.
      A replacement is most likely the most cost effective for this.

        Rockauto.com lists radiators for $ 42 – $ 78 + freight .

        I would replace the radiator ASAP + new coolant .

        You mess around and overheat the engine and that amount will look like chicken feed compared to what the engine repair will coast . And you will still have to replace the radiator , to boot !

        PS Also check all the hoses & maybe replace the thermostat too . Preventative maintenance .
