Hello,
I own a 03 Civic LX 1.7L and I noticed that I have a coolant leak. I first removed a splash shield under the front bumper to see the bottom of the radiator. I noticed that there is coolant (yellow fluid) at the joint between the aluminum and the plastic part of the radiator (see pictures). Then I looked at the radiator from the top (behind the fans) and noticed that at the bottom it seem like the coolant is coming out of the radiator (see pictures). It is a common failiure? What happen exactly? Is there small perforations? Is the replacement of the radiator the only way to solve the problem?
Thanks for your help!
best regards,
