      I have some very expensive Mac tools breaker bars and pliers that got rusty fast when I left them in the back of my Rav4 for a few weeks.

        check this out Mr. beefy. If you want to try wd-40 and 000 steel wool and elbow grease you could try this method.C8-)

          If it is just surface rust I would recommend naval jelly. It’s phosphoric acid based so its a much milder than other products out there. That’s a chemical option. If you want to go the elbow grease route I would recommend using a brass wire wheel; the brass is much softer than steel and will not scratch as much. naval jelly is available at most Hardware stores as well as Big Box stores.

              I’ve had luck soaking rusty things in vinegar. Vinegar softens it right up and most of the time it wipes off or sanding some light sand paper helps
