Removing rear brake rotors Kia Spectra

Hey everyone. I’m in the middle of replacing the rear brakes on my wife’s car. It’s a 2008 Kia Spectra auto with disc brakes all around. I’ve got everything off one side except the rotor and I’ve got a Philips head screw on the face of it and I’m not sure if that is keeping me from removing it. Is there anything else I should be aware of that could keep the rotor from coming off?
