I’m trying to replace a strut mount on a 2007 Mazda 3i (2.0L). There is a brake line connector that is either rusted to or attached to the strut. I appears that the bolt that holds the strut on also goes through part of the retaining clip. I’m close to getting the strut off but DO NOT want to mess with brake lines. Is there a good way to get that clip off the strut or get those brake lines out of the holder?

      Thanks!
