Remote Starter AstroStart model 803 Not Working

Remote Starter does work anymore, installed on a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country Limited
After checking switches and batteries in remote, is there something else I can check in the unit to verify if it is working
I don’t have any schematic diagram since it is an old model but a verification procedure and probably some kind of checking steps
would help me to find the issue and try to fix it
