hi eric,
just a suggestion, not sure exactly how it would xlate in2 a video.
what do you think of regular maintenance as suggested by, say you, or car dealers or owner’s manuals? I drive small japanese cars as long as i can, over 200K miles, never touching the bottom end of things. i realize there are lots of parts on cars. some must way longer than others. some rarely fail, etc, etc…anyway, thx 4 all your helpful videos
or maybe a better way to phrase this is, how to get the most milage out of your parts. never throwing a part away that is still useful.

Agreed that would make for a good video and I’ve actually made some along those lines but these days different manufacturers have different maintenance intervals and different requirements so it’s very difficult to make a video like that since it varies so much. The safest bet is to follow the owners manual and I have done a video on that. Thanks for the suggestion.
