Refrigerant burns

[guess it begins with R and ends with n]

I’ve never gotten any on my skin but how bad is it to get on your skin? Im sure someone somewhere disconnected a high pressure line before it’s been discharged.

in and of itself, the R134a isn’t really that bad – the primary hazard are related to dealing with liquified or as it rapidly evaporates where it can cause freeze burns (same as most refrigerant gases)
