Reconnect ac condenser line

Hi everyone, I have a 1996 Mercury Villager Van. Recently I brought my car to the shop for them to remove all refrigerant and then I disconnected those ac condenser line using quick disconnect tool. Now I try to reconnect the new ac condenser line but it seems not likely to attach all the way. Is there a special way to reconnect those line or I’m missing something here. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks all.

Yea, getting them apart is often more difficult than connecting them. Glad you got it sorted out. Thanks for using the ETCG forum.
