Recommendations for removing a steel bolt seized into aluminum?

Heat is always a good option, if you have access to a torch rig.

If its really seized in there it may just have to be extracted and redo the threads with a time-sert/heli-coil. I would try the torch first though. Have you tried anything to it yet other than socket with ratchet?

Try some PB Blaster

I whacked the head with a punch and a hammer (not too hard) to try and break the aluminum oxide loose.

I hadn’t thought of that but it’s a great idea and the same principal that I use to remove rotor screws that get seized.
