Rear Wheels squeek in 2007 GMC Sierra 1500?

My rear passenger wheel began to squeak while driving. I felt the brakes were due. Bought Brake shoes, Ceramic Pads and Heavy Duty rotors. There was a lot remaining on the old pads. Replaced anyway. Lubed everything, cleaned rotors & sprayed anti-squeal and reassembled the rears. Adjusted the parking brake. Still while driving, the rear passenger wheel squeaks and happens without applying brakes. What could this be?

How do you know it’s the wheel, not say leaf springs? My Silverado leaf springs squeaked like hell.
