rear wheel hub & bearing

Hi i own a 1998 Honda Crv E-Rd1 Vehicle, but i can’t seem to get parts from the US so the question is can the Honda Civic Rear Wheel Hub & Bearings works on the 1998 Japanese model crv? its a 4 Lugs wheel base just as the Civic.

Not sure if the parts are interchangeable. I google your car and alot of bearings come up?
Not sure why you can’t get parts?

Do the bearing in these Hondas get pressed in? You may want to be careful you don’t damage the bearing if it’s the type that gets pressed.
