Rear swaybar link

I have a loud knock going over rough roads and bump from the rear right of my vehicle.

I jacked up my car this morning and inspected the rear right swaybar end-link

Is that normal for a end-link to move that much in my video?

Your swaybar looks fine to me, loud knocking sounds like struts. Go to the back of the car and bounce it, the car should come right back up and stay, if it keeps bouncing its your rear struts. If it stops, check your strut mounts, those couldve gone bad.
