Very interesting what I found after trying to find out what I have to replace
So Driving on a bumpy road I hear knocking noise from the back
I said OK ball joint, took the wheel off and I found 6 rods supporting (plus a tiny little one)
the car, this is a 2003 Acura TL and 1 ball joint.
My question is do I have to replace all 6 supporting rods (stabilizer bar)and the ball joint
times two because both side, or the noise only coming from the old
      ball joint????

You only have to replace the loose part in these cases. It’s not like doing a clutch where you replace everything in sight while you’re in there.

Take a pry bar and jiggle each end of the six rods and the ball joint until you find the play.

Don’t assume it’s a ball joint. It would be better if you got in there and actually looked for the source of the noise which can be coming from any number of locations. When diagnosing noises, it’s best not to make assumptions. I wrote this article that contains videos on checking the suspension for noises. I would suggest you look through it to help you locate the source of the noise. BTW, rear ball joint failures on that vehicle are not common. It’s more likely to have something to do with your aftermarket brakes. Make sure your shims are in place.

Good luck and keep us posted.

              Thank You Eric!
I checked out you Suspension Noises article
The brake shims are in place and my car sound different than brake pads movement.
It sound more like: what my first thought was that the spear tire is loose
and when i go over a bump it jumps, but I tighten the spare tire and i moved on
to the suspension but somehow I have to find this noise out of the 6 rods 1 ball joint or
now i have to check the struts and shocks too.
