Radio, clock & int lights out

I have a 2000 Durano here v8, 4 wheels, 5.9. I was sitting in the driver seat and “kicked” somethin by the E-brake, seen a spark, my radio goes out. I notice getting out my interior lights also went out. Clocks blank, no tunes, interior lights.so then I get up in der and unplug replug what I figured must be a few things I hit with my boot. Take it out on the road, no response from clock radio and int lights. But my speedo and other instruments started going on and off. That has stopped tho, any help? ? Thanks

i would see if there is any wiring that was hanging down near that area, see if there are any broken wires, stuff like that, sounds like a open circout or a short too me, and you possibly could have kicked some wires.
