My van overheated which caused the hole in my radiator. By chance is there a way to repair it without having to replace it?

Replace it,the price of a new radiator is not that bad these day.Not worth fixing them anymore.Plus you get a warranty with a new radiator.

Replace it. Any repairing is not full proof and you don’t want to get stranded somewhere, when it fails.

Thank you for the suggestions. I found a radiator for $67 on Ebay with free shipping. Not a bad price at all.

In the old days you would repair a radiator and they were much easier to repair than the newer aluminum ones due to how they were constructed, and radiator shops were everywhere. Now, it is much cheaper to buy a new radiator than even attempt a repair.
