Radiator leak on radiator neck no start, but crank

Hi!! I have 1998 honda accord lx v6. My radiator leaks from radiator neck and see that my filler tank is over the max coolant.. , then I see right side of the engine oil leak? Recently,due to a overheat from a radiator upper hose. I can’t find out where that coolant is going?? My car no start, but crank problem is right after this coolant leak. It does starts, 10 to 15 mins later. Some say the ignition switch, main relay, fuel filter, spark plugs all sorts of thing. How to find out the problem then the solution??I well maintained the car all this yrs. all most everything is new or replaced.. when it rains, the sound of a car alarm very week and lock and unlock doors. It causes to be a electrical rather that mechanical? I just want to know which one is it? Help me please..

sounds like something electrical got sprayed with coolant.
check inside the distributor and the plug wells. here is a
