Permatex makes an epoxy that’s specifically for plastic radiator and gas tanks. Most part stores carry it in the same section as their sealers and adhesives. I’ve used it, it does work just follow the directions to a T.

If the leak is between the tank and the core, that requires replacement of the radiator.

I would take the money you would have to spend on a sealer that might not work and put it toward buying another radiator.

Radiator work on internal pressure to avoid steam (16 psi pressure) when the temperature is a bit higher then 100°C. The epoxy sealer can help you to save money to buy a new radiator and even new radiator fan and cap. The epoxy need to be apply as full penetration when the plastic is bone dry. J-B Weld 8297 High Heat Epoxy Putty – 2 oz. is the right one. You can use to patch other part of your car.
