R/H turn single will not blink.

I have a 99 ford expedition that the r/h turn single will not turn on.
But if I turn the running light on it light up. Haz flasher won’t work on the front side.
When you turn on the turn single to the L/h the front and rear works and you can hear the relay click at the normal pace. But when you turn it to the right the front does no work but the back does but the relay is clicking on rapid. I change out the flasher unit the front bulbs and the rear to see if the blub was not working right. Check all the fuses and they are good. What else am I missing?

It sounds like it has a poor ground or a bad socket. Test each terminal with a test light with the parking lights and signal light on. Make sure that 2 have power. The third one is ground. Take a jumper wire from battery negative to the ground on the socket by probing the contact from the back. If the signal flashes it has a poor ground. If it still doesn’t flash the socket is bad.

You can buy a replacement at any automotive parts supplier.
