Question Valve Adjust on Honda CRV 2010 121K miles

Here is my question.
If Im going to adjust my valve clearance. Does both exhaust and intake cam lobes are in top dead center TDC at the same time when you rotate the engine? Or are you going to rotate the 16 valves 8x to adjust the clearance? Sorry its my first time to do this but I’m comfortable adjusting it. Thank you.

My question is if both A align and B align and C is align for piston 1. Am I going to adjust exhaust only since its the only top dead center and not the intake?

Your probably done but I don’t think it matters. You just have to free the pair you are adjusting so they are on the base circle and bounce freely. It helped me to just spin the roller, if its free the valve is free. TDC and the other “full” cylinder portions allow you to do more than one at a time. My entire 1 and I think 3 was free at TDC.
