Tonight I went and looked at a 2012 Buick Vernao. The car was a 1 owner with all service history and has 32k miles. Oil was changed every 5000 miles. The car drove great and was smooth and didn’t give me any lip. No oil leaks no strange noises. Oil looked clean on the dipstick. When I looked under the oil cap inside the engine looked good with no black oil or anything but on the underside of the oil cap there was this bubbly stuff. The coolant was not miscolored and neither was the oil inside the engine. We have just gone through a recent temperature change where it is getting to near freezing most nights, and was wondering if this is normal since the car has been on the lot since October 11th of this year and its only been making short trips for test drives I assume. I really like the car but need to be sure about this before I drop any money, thank you.
