Hey E-man, I had an idea for a video I think would be pretty helpful. Go through and give some general items to check prior to sending your car in for a state inspection/MOT. There’s variation in requirements between states, of course, but I think there are standards between them, e.g. tread depth (penny test), brakepad thickness, working lights, horn, no CELs, OBD2 readiness flags, etc. I apologize if I’m forgetting a previous video where you already went through this. I’ve seen them all so it may be lost in the ether.

That’s a good idea but as you pointed out those things are specific to the state or country that you’re in and as a result I think it might create more confusion than anything else. I think I covered the basics in this video series as I feel it covers a complete inspection of a vehicle. Let me know if you agree. Thanks for your suggestion.
