Hi Eric,

I watched your video (a couple of times), “Performing a Power Balance Test.” Good stuff! Thank you.

You made a couple verbal references about how to do this test on the DIS. I was wondering if you ever had the opportunity (car with that design) to make that video?

I know you have a full schedule but was just wondering…

I honestly haven’t had the opportunity to make that video yet. I also forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me though. I’ll be on the lookout now. Until then, you can just disconnect the fuel injectors one by one and do the same test. That is if you can access them. What I was going to show in the video was taking small pieces of vacuum line, about 1/4″, and installing them between the coil tower and plug wire. You then take a grounded test light and touch each one of the vacuum lines to short the spark on each cylinder. It’s a nifty little trick.

Yeah, injector 4 might be difficult to access. I think there is an intake manifold line right above it.
