        do you have a check engine light on? if so post codes._x000D_
        when was the last time the car had a tune up? Try cleaning_x000D_
        the MAF with the appropriate cleaner. when the car is running_x000D_
        and in park. can you rev the car with out hesitation or does it_x000D_

          i would start by popping out the O2 sensor closest to the engine to see if your have an exhaust restriction like a clogged catalytic converter. a clogged cat will rob you of a lot of power causing poor acceleration.

            Starting with any check engine lights you have is a great start but the first thing that came to my mind was timing, not ignition timing so much as mechanical timing.

                      My 1990 accord was doing that. It ended up being a loose connection to the torque converter lock up soloniod. If its an automatic, try doing what Eric did in one of his last vids an shift through the gears manually.
