The Subject name is the best thing I could think of for this; I started a topic on Pontiac Sunfire/Chevy Cavalier brakes some time ago. I mentioned a caliper slide pin was spinning instead of tightening. I diagnosed a stripped area causing the bolt to spin, and it was part of the Caliper, I was wondering if it would be worth it to replace my caliper to have the bolt be able to tighten. My brakes DO work fine with the exception that they need replaced soon. Should I replace it or just let it go????? Anyone have any opinions? I’m open to anything! Something is always better than nothing.
