With st and lt fuel trims being maxed your trying to add fuel.
Start with checking for vacuum leaks.

Do you have Scan tool with live data. Does Fuel trim improve when increase RPM between 2 and 3 grand. Check for Vacuum leaks, Dirty MAF, MAP.

Check out you tube for Scanner Danner. He has a lot of good videos on these codes. I think Eric may have a vacuum leak video or 2 also.

thier is a high chance you have a vacuum leak….with those codes…. check the pvc and the pcv hose… on several fords there is a right angle hose wich has a high failer rate on the pcv… it goes from a small to a large pipe
