Ok thecar has been running hot for awhile.. never let it over heat like crazy.. only time it get started it when im trying to solve the issue… car runs hot… but when you turn on the heat the temperature goes way down

I have put in 2 new th ermostats… new water pump and timing chain.. both fans turn on when they are supposed to and st ay on… coolant starts to boil in the resevoir

I used a BLOCK T ESTER to test for a head gasket issue… the blue liquid you hook up to the radiator cap and create a vacuum to see if there is combustion gases getting into the coolant.. it passed the test.. liquid stayed blue instead of green.. i have 100 percent succes rate using this tool to test for head gasket issues.. so at this point i am 100 and 50 percent lost on what to do next….

      Any advice??? any similar issues????

Do you have any obstructions blocking the radiator (leaves, mud, dirt ect) If you have ac the condenser could be plugged.
look between the ac condenser and the radiator for the above mentioned. remove debri if found. Take a garden hose and
flush through the ac condenser and radiator. if water does not go through than are won’t either.next remove the radiator cap.
remove some coolant to make the system a little low. start the car and look inside the radiator for good flow and circulation.
If you don’t see good flow than your radiator maybe clogged. look inside with a flash light for calcium chunks.
when was the last time you flushed the cooling system? when all done this video will explain how to bleed a cooling systemC8-)

          That’s what I was thinking.

Yea based on the fact that when you turn the heater on the temp goes down indicates that the cooling system is not doing it’s job efficiently, I know you’ve done some of the checks already but I covered some things to look for with an overheat condition in this video.
