Picanto brake issue

My car is 1.1L 4 Cylinder Kia Picanto. Recently the car loss power after few miles, I found out the brake is having problem. When the engine cool/brake oil cool, the car wheel can spin freely in neutral, when I drive 5-6 miles and back, the wheel hardly move,the brake pedal become hard and sensitive, and the car would slow down even though I wasn’t pressing on the brake pedal in a slope.I jack up my car the all brake wheel become very sticky and hardly spin. All four wheel rims are very hot. I not sure is master cylinder problem or brake servo/brake booster problem or individual brake problem.

If all four wheels are hot. sounds like pressure is still
being applied from the master. see if this link helps.

Thanks for reply. All wheel are hot, the pressure build up to all the wheel brake when hot…I already go thru your links but does not see any similar symptom… I cant find any source/people experience that brake become sticky when hot, so I not sure to replace brake servo or brake master cylinder

If your brakes are heating and causing issue maybe sticking brake caliper(s)?

If i left the car for few hours, the wheel can spin freely when I jack up. When drive for 5 miles, all wheels include my rear drum brake very hard to spin when jack up, so I assume is master cylinder, but not very sure
