Paint is peeling off from the trunk. Is it a quick fix? Any helpful suggestions, videos or links will be appreciated.

It’s not paint. Clear coat. And so it will keep going and going and going.
Best fix is to take trunk lid off completely, and repaint. Color match. You can try sanding and locally spray coating and color matching, but unless you are a paint pro, it’ll show.

My experience unfortunately is – when it starts, it goes all over the place. That’s why I said – it’ll keep going and going. And said it’s better off to repaint entire lid.
But then it’ll start showing on most areas exposed to sun – fenders, roof, hood. It’s a factory defect and some years were terrible about them.

Makes sense..I have rooftop parking so the car has sun beating down on it for the most part of the day(a good portion of past 6 years). At night it’s in garage.

I mean – for quick sale, sure, you can find someone to spot spray it for you. Thing is, clear coat is quite thick and requires quite a large area to be sanded around the damaged spot to create smooth transition, or it’ll show. Paint has darn habit of showing everything. So like half of your trunk lid will need to be sanded anyway. Much easier to do entire thing. But that’s for “keepr” car. Ans start watching for them little white dots popping here or there.
I call it clearcoat smallpox.
