How do I repair above code? Where do I look and what’s the solution? I had just repaired and installed new heads, camshafts, and set timing belt to proper positions. I seem to be burning alot of fuel.

With all the work you did, you might want to check the timing as well as for vacuum leaks. Anytime you do a lot of work like that and you have problems after it’s best to check your work as that is the most likely cause of the issue.
