I’m guessing this is a 2000 Ford mustang? p0460 fuel level sensor malfunction
your fuel sender is out of range, open or shorted wiring.heres a link to help.
Has any work been done or damage?

If you over fill your tank or run it to low the code can be set. the code can
also be set with the type of fuel your using. heres one recommendation.
run the tank to a 1/4 tank empty. put a bottle of chevron with techron (black bottle)
fill the car with the recommended fuel to 3/4 full. reset the code. drive the car and
see if the code comes back. if it does run the cleaner through. try to reset and see
if the code comes back. Your sender unit is either stuck. you have a wiring issue or
problem with your gage cluster. I believe your sending unit is stuck.

The code is for the fuel level sensor which has been pointed out I don’t think has anything to do with your performance problem. Based on your fuel trim numbers I would say it’s adding fuel, perhaps you have a vacuum or exhaust leak that is causing the performance issue here is a video that might help you find that if you have one.
